Meet The Team
Everyone in the company is available for customer support but the support team perform the bulk of this work. This includes answering customer questions, solving problems, new installations, server moves, re-branding and general advice. All the team are skilled in general support activities but many also have specialist areas.
The support team is lead by Angus, our support manager, who has over ten years experience with modern.gov and is therefore very knowledgeable about the product.
Support is offered via email, telephone and through our popular web forum. Our 100% customer retention record speaks volumes about the way the product is supported by Angus and the team.
