Meet The Team

moden.gov support team people

Everyone in the company is available for customer support but the support team perform the bulk of this work.  This includes answering customer questions, solving problems new installations, server moves, re-branding and general advice.  All the team are skilled in general support activities but many also have specialisms.

Angus, our support manager, has over ten years experience with modern.gov and is therefore very knowledgeable about the product.

Chris specialises in installation, server configuration, hosting and networking.  

Alex has been with the company for three years and is our upgrade specialist.

Stan has been with the company since 2012 and specialises in web branding.

James joined us in 2014 with considerable experience in software support and has already learned a great deal about modern.gov.

Mike also joined us in 2014 and also brought with him considerable software support experience. Mike's modern.gov knowledge is also growing day by day.
