modern.gov generated emails are now customisable so that you can fine tune the content to suit your requirements.
modern.gov generates many emails to officers, members and members of the public. Historically whilst these emails will contain much user entered data such as peoples names, committee names and agenda item titles the general text of the email has been fixed.
However from version 1160 of modern.gov our users can now make use of customisable emails. This allows 'static' text within the email, the ordering of items and the exact data displayed to be customised.
These emails are also now rich text html emails. This means that you can add formating to your emails (different fonts, bold etc) as well as corporate branding graphics.
